Cosmic Films Acquires Worldwide Rights to Found-Footage Horror Anthology 'Echoes from the Midnight Mansion'
Cosmic Films has acquired worldwide distribution rights to Echoes from the Midnight Mansion, a new found-footage horror anthology that blends six unsettling tales of terror with a sinister gothic mystery.
The acquisition includes worldwide video-on-demand (VOD) and physical media rights, with the film expected to begin its digital rollout in late November 2026.
In Echoes from the Midnight Mansion, a writer seeking solitude arrives at a mysterious hotel, where he discovers a collection of six recordings containing terrifying footage.
As he delves deeper into the videos, he uncovers a disturbing connection to the mansion's previous guests, who seemingly checked in but never checked out. Soon, he realizes he may be the next permanent resident.
Combining the immediacy of found-footage horror with the ominous atmosphere of classic gothic storytelling, Echoes from the Midnight Mansion presents six distinct nightmares filled with disturbing discoveries, unexpected twists, and supernatural terror.
A mysterious wraparound story ties the anthology together, gradually revealing the sinister nature of the hotel itself.
Featuring segments directed by Gergö Elekes, József Gallai, Roy McClurg Jr., and Bálint Szántó, Echoes from the Midnight Mansion stars Zsolt Kormendy, Sam Pembroke, and veteran actor Larry Hankin.
